I have attended Hanover College for three years. I was a Computer Science major there. While at Hanover I ran Cross Country for two years and track for one. I was also a officer for the Interfraturnity Council for a year and a half. I was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraturnity. I did not finsih at Hanover for personal and financial reasons. But now I am glad that I didn't finish up there because my life would be much different now. I would have a computer science degree that I don't think that I would be happy with, because it was mostly programming and not much software or graphic design.
I now am working at Kinko's in the Computer Service Department. I design brochures, flyers, business cards, resumes, and many other things. I really like this job because I get to be creative. I have had other jobs that were computer related but I didn't really get to be very creative. I was going around fixing computer problems or just entering data. I feel that I am a creative person so that just didn't keep my entrest level high. I also love working with lots of people and I get to do that at Kinkos.
Recently I thought that I would like to write a book about life and what I have learned while living. So now I am in the progress of that dream of mine. I think that life is to short to not do things that excite me and things that I want to do. So I try to reach for my dreams.
Sometimes I think that life is very difficult, and sometimes even quite unbearable but there is so much that I want to do that I always look for new opportunities to help people and make this world a better place.
In time I am going to include much more about myself, but this is all for now. But stay tuned . . .
